Your PA for the things that slip.

Heedkin reads your email, calendar and code, knows who matters, tells you what needs you and gets it done when you say so.

Heedkin

  1. Heedkin:

Morning, Alex. Two things need you today.

  2. Heedkin:

Sam needs the signed contract by Friday. I've drafted a reply.

    Wrote a draft in Gmail

  3. Heedkin:

Priya moved your 3pm to 4, so it runs into your call with Marta. Shall I ask Priya for 5?

  4. You:

Yes please. And send Sam the reply.

  5. Heedkin:

Done. Sam has the reply, and I've asked Priya about 5.

  6. Heedkin:

The build on main has failed since the last merge. I've asked Dev to look.

An example morning with Heedkin.

Most of it can wait.

Everything that comes in is read as it lands. You hear about the few things that need you, and why.

New email, calendar changes and alerts arrive one after another. Most are marked can wait. When one needs you, such as a meeting that now clashes or a contract due Friday, Heedkin tells you in a sentence.

It knows your people.

It learns who matters from your mail and calendar. Tell it when it's wrong.

Heedkin's list of people: Sam Okafor, a client you owe a reply; Priya Shah, a client waiting on the deck; Marta Silva, an investor you're calling today; and Ada Lin, a teammate. You tell Heedkin to always mention when Priya writes, and it agrees.

Hand it anything.

It notices first

You hear about what needs you, as it happens. Nothing else.

It does the work

Research, drafts and routines, whenever you ask.

You set how far it goes

Let it act on its own, check with you first, or never, one kind of action at a time.

It follows through

Hand it something that takes days. It chases, checks back and keeps going until it's done.

It knows who's waiting

Open anyone to see what they're waiting on, find a time with their Heedkin or nudge them.

Yours, and safe.

What it gets done.

Questions

Who is Heedkin for?

Anyone with more going on than they can keep track of, whether you write code, make things or run something.

When can I use it?

It's invite-only for now. Join the waitlist and we'll email you when there's a place.

How does it know my people?

From your own mail and calendar, and nothing else. You can see and correct what it knows about anyone, or have it forget them.

Where is my data kept?

In the UK and the EU. We never sell it or use it to train AI models.

What powers Heedkin?

Frontier AI models, picked for each job: a fast one reads everything as it arrives, and stronger ones do the work. We move to better ones as they come out.

Is there an app for my phone?

Add Heedkin to your Home Screen from Safari and it works like one, notifications included.

Can it send email or change things on its own?

Only if you allow it. It asks before sending or changing anything, and never moves money.

What are helpers?

Agents with one job each, such as your inbox or your code. Heedkin brings them in when a job needs one, and you can message them yourself.
